Our family’s first fairy door was gifted to us when my children were young. It is made of wood and stone and still sits by the back door.
Since then I have had lots of small bits of leftover clay that turned into fairy doors. They make their way to baseboards, chair rails, gardens, window seats, bedrooms, and, a small one, to a medicine cabinet. One even has a rope ladder.
